Really bad
Purchased product from McCarthy gallery, product doesn't exist, multiple emails trying to get refund and multiple times McCarthy gallery could not, or would not send refund. No help from McCarthy gallery, finally contacted bank to get refund as McCarthy gallery would not pay. Item that doesn't exist is still for sale on McCarthy gallery web site. Hopeless.
