When considering refunds:
Upon completing the checkout process or at the time the gallery generates and sends the pertinent product(s) sales invoice, all product(s) purchases are considered final. We are not obligated to offer a refund in the event that the customer changes their mind.
The gallery may accept a refund request if there is a significant material problem that is self-evident prior to delivery with the product(s): When someone would not have purchased the product if they had known about the fault, the product is deemed defective. The product is dangerous. The product differs considerably and fundamentally from the product image or description.
We advise shipping with our couriers, who understand how to carry products properly, to reduce danger.

All online orders will be processed within 48 hours (business days). Your order will then be dispatched on clearance of payment, unless the artwork is a part of a current exhibition (exhibition artworks will be dispatched after exhibition close)
For buyers within Australia, we dispatch via our quality select couriers. After processing, delivery will take between 5 – 10 business days Australia wide. If your order is urgent, please contact us for an expedited service.
For buyers outside Australia, international freight will take approximately 10 – 21 days (expect further delays), with possible variation depending on product, availability, destination and your local delivery services.
We will confirm your order and dispatch arrangement details by email or phone.
